We're looking for a driven Business Development professional to help us scale our impact and drive partnerships across industries. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors (fashion, IT, energy, etc.) Build strong relationships with sustainability heads, CSR teams, and ESG leads Drive B2B sales of carbon credits, I-RECs, and green project listings Support onboarding of partners to the Hestiya Marketplace Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for go-to-market strategies Represent Hestiya at events, webinars, and climate-tech forums 🎯 What We’re Looking For: 2–6 years of experience in business development, sustainability consulting, or enterprise sales Understanding of carbon markets, ESG, or sustainability is a strong plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Passion for climate tech, innovation, and sustainability 🚀 What We Offer: Opportunity to work at the intersection of climate impact, technology, and finance Competitive compensation + performance-based incentives A purpose-driven team and culture Equity options and growth opportunities Flexibility and remote work environment Show more Show less
