We are looking for a Sales & Operations Associate (Carbon Markets) to join our team in Noida. This role will be crucial in expanding our marketplace, supporting client operations, and driving sustainable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and engage with prospective clients across industries (corporates, project developers, renewable energy companies, etc.).
• Support lead generation, outreach campaigns, and client onboarding.
• Assist in structuring carbon credit & I-REC transactions and marketplace listings.

Operations & Marketplace Support

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of trades, listings, and compliance.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, sales trackers, and client documentation.
• Provide operational support for carbon projects and supplier relationships.

Market Research & Strategy

• Monitor carbon market trends, regulatory updates, and competitors.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and market insights for stakeholders.
• Contribute to refining sales strategies and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, operations, or business development (experience in carbon markets, renewable energy, or climate finance is a strong plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for sustainability, climate solutions, and innovative financial markets.
