The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Daily tasks will include market research, creating business plans, managing sales pipelines, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve company targets. The role also involves negotiating contracts and closing deals to foster company growth. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning Skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships Proven ability in achieving sales targets and driving company growth Excellent organizational and management skills Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in sustainability or environmental services is a plus Show more Show less
