Responsibilities

• Drive

  B2B product-based sales

  from lead generation to closure, including qualification, demos, and negotiations.

• Own the full sales cycle

  independently and deliver consistent results.
• Build and maintain strong,

  long-term client relationships

  at the enterprise level.

• Analyze pipeline data

  and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize strategies.
• Mentor and support

  junior sales team members

  to help them grow.

Required Skills & Expertise

• B2B Sales

  : Proven track record in

  enterprise sales

  (SaaS, IT, or AI preferred).

• Sales Cycle Ownership

  : Hands-on ability to manage opportunities from prospecting to closing.

• Strategic Selling

  : Skilled in

  consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship management

• Communication

  : Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders.

• Analytical

  : Data-driven approach to sales strategy and pipeline management.

• Tech-Savvy

  : Understanding of IT, SaaS, or AI products is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6 years of experience in
