Customer Support Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Product Support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling Android smartphone applications and fluent in Hindi and Gujarati. This role is perfect for freshers or those with up to 2 years of experience in customer support. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support for our products via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers in resolving issues related to Android smartphone applications. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to provide timely and effective solutions. Guide customers through product features and functionalities to ensure optimal usage. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issues. Collaborate with the technical team to report bugs and suggest improvements based on customer feedback. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and support techniques. Contribute to the development of support documentation and FAQs to improve customer experience. Requirements: Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. Proficiency in handling Android smartphone applications. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically. Patience and ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally. Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus. Basic knowledge of English for documentation purposes.
