Role & responsibilities The ideal candidate must have current experience handling the Maruti Suzuki (4W) account. The ideal candidate should have experience managing large four-wheeler OEM accounts, Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key automotive OEM clients. Understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities to provide tailored solutions. Manage and grow relationships with high-value customers, focusing on strategic partnerships, sales targets, and long-term customer satisfaction. Regularly visit clients to strengthen relationships and address concerns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Market Intelligence, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, engineering, operations) to support client needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively address customer issues and concerns. Implement strategies to retain and grow key accounts. Skills and Qualifications: Experience : Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry. Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies. Problem-solving : Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and challenges. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term account plans. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools. Preferred candidate profile BE / B. Tech with 10+ years of work experience
