Key Responsibilities

  • Global Business Development:

    Identify, pursue, and close high-value business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership:

    Own marketing strategy, campaigns, brand positioning, and demand generation to support revenue and growth objectives.
  • Team Building & Leadership:

    Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing and sales teams capable of achieving ambitious targets.
  • Decision-Making & Strategy:

    Provide actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and performance reporting directly to the MD; take assertive, data-driven decisions.
  • Results Orientation:

    Deliver measurable revenue growth, market expansion, and client acquisition targets consistently.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work with product, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences and operational excellence.
  • Future Leadership:

    Act as a key strategic partner to the MD, contributing to organizational vision, scaling strategies, and global expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships skills
  • Experience in Market Research and Proposal Creation
  • Excellent Negotiation and Contract Management skills
  • Strong Client Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
