Key Responsibilities Global Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close high-value business opportunities across domestic and international markets. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Own marketing strategy, campaigns, brand positioning, and demand generation to support revenue and growth objectives. Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing and sales teams capable of achieving ambitious targets. Decision-Making & Strategy: Provide actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and performance reporting directly to the MD; take assertive, data-driven decisions. Results Orientation: Deliver measurable revenue growth, market expansion, and client acquisition targets consistently. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences and operational excellence.
