We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to spearhead our luxury resort investment sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a passion for luxury hospitality, a keen understanding of investment sales, and a drive to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNI). Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Strategic Sales Development: Create and execute tailored sales strategies for luxury resort investments that resonate with investors’ goals.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HNI & UHNI clients, understanding their needs and delivering personalized investment solutions.
Presenting Investment Opportunities: Clearly communicate investment opportunities, benefits, ROI models, and exclusive advantages to potential investors.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads and execute successful promotional campaigns.
Market Insights: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and optimize sales strategies.
Client Experience Management: Ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for clients, from initial interaction to deal closure and beyond.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in real estate, hospitality investments, aviation, insurance or luxury products.
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities. Experience managing high-value deals and client portfolios.
Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales platforms to drive results.
Attitude: A self-driven professional with a passion for high-end sales and relationship building.
