Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks will include market research, lead generation, client meetings, and presentations. Additional responsibilities involve coordinating with the marketing team, preparing business plans, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Lead Mining, building outreach using emails and other channels. Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers - Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for the external sales team. Identify strong & potential prospects using initiative and creativity. Assist in preparing concise, targeted proposals and contracts. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients. Manage sales pipeline. Analyze market and establish competitive advantages. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Prior experience of at least 4-5 years in a similar client-facing role in business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Should be creative with communication and marketing solutions for clients assigned. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
