Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is essential for driving the growth and expansion of our company within the USA market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the OEMs , Automotive, Golfcart, Forklifts, Lawn Mowers, Tractor Motors, EV, Construction Equipment industry, a proven track record of building relationships, and a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, Responsibilities. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals, Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research, Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives, Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, Negotiate RFQ's and close deals to secure profitable business agreements, Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies, Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management on a regular basis, Should have good experience working managing RFQ Process ( customer identification, generating RFQs, Suubmitting quotes, negotiations & business nomination, Shuold have good experience managing global customers. Should have managed back end work required from plants, engineering, product managers after RFQ recieved till business award, Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and promote services, Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred, Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, Strong understanding of corporate finance, marketing, and strategic planning, Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships, Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, We offer a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and an opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic environment.
