Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and aligning services and solutions accordingly. This individual will conduct market research, strategies, and presentations to potential clients. Additional tasks include analyzing business trends, managing sales processes, and achieving business growth targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and client management
• Strong understanding of market research, strategy development and execution
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze business trends and implement growth strategies
• Capability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic business environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
