Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

    – Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
  • Pipeline & Relationship Management

    – Build, nurture, and manage a healthy sales pipeline while maintaining strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Business Pitching & Proposals

    – Craft tailored proposals and present business solutions with clarity, confidence, and impact.
  • Client Engagement

    – Conduct effective client meetings, demos, and presentations to position our IT, digital marketing, and staffing solutions.
  • Collaboration Across Teams

    – Work closely with delivery, technical, and marketing teams to create winning strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Revenue & Growth Driver

    – Achieve business targets by closing deals, expanding client portfolios, and contributing to organizational growth.


What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    3+ years in IT industry

    (mandatory).
  • Core Skills:

    Lead generation, client prospecting, and business pitching.
  • Domain Knowledge:

    Exposure to

    IT services, digital marketing, and staffing solutions

    .
  • Proven Track Record:

    Successful experience in

    proposal writing, negotiation, and deal closures

    .
  • Communication Excellence:

    Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Work Mode:

    Must be comfortable working

    onsite at Baner, Pune with cross-functional teams

    .
  • Mindset:

    Growth-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional.
  • Availability:

    Immediate joiner preferred.


Compensation & Benefits
  • CTC Offered:

    ₹7 LPA (entirely in-hand, no PF or hidden deductions).
  • Fixed Salary:

    Monthly in-hand salary paid without statutory deductions.
  • Performance Incentives:

    Additional earnings based on revenue targets and deal closures.
