Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can wear two hats – Business Development Manager and Founder's Office Associate.
This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to take ownership. You will directly work with the founders to manage their day-to-day priorities, while also driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesFounder’s OfficeAct as the right hand to the founder, ensuring smooth execution of daily priorities.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure follow-ups on action items.Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making.Prepare decks, reports, and communication material for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure coordination across teams and track project progress for the founder.Business DevelopmentIdentify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and clients.Pitch services/solutions to potential clients and handle end-to-end sales cycles.Set up discovery calls, demos, and meetings to convert leads into long-term clients.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and client acquisition strategies.Track pipeline, prepare sales forecasts, and report business development progress.Requirements2–5 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or founder’s office/strategy roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship-building.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced startup-like environment.Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills and a “get-things-done” attitude.Proficiency in tools like MS Office/Google Workspace, CRM software, and LinkedIn outreach.Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.What We OfferOpportunity to work closely with founders and leadership.A mix of strategic exposure and hands-on execution.Fast growth and high-impact learning environment.Competitive compensation + performance-based incentives.
