About the Role

Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, revenue growth, and market share across Pan India.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, OEMs, SI partners, and retail networks.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Develop channel programs, incentives, and joint promotions with partners.
  • Monitor channel performance and provide business support.
  • Expand sales across product categories such as:
  • Memory Cards (SD, MicroSD, CompactFlash, XQD, CFast)
  • USB Flash Drives & OTG Pen Drives (Type-C/Lightning)
  • External Hard Drives & Portable SSDs
  • Card Readers & MicroSD Adapters
  • Laptop RAM (SO-DIMM), Desktop RAM (DIMM), Server RAM (ECC Registered)
  • VRAM (Graphics Card Memory), Cache Memory
  • Collaborate with product & marketing teams for product launches and campaigns.
  • Track emerging technologies & competitors.
  • Define and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Conduct business reviews & sales forecasting.
  • Implement pricing, distribution, and growth strategies.


Candidate Requirements

  • Education:

    Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • Experience:

    5+ years in Business Development / Sales of Memory & Storage Products.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of Memory Cards, RAM, SSDs, and Storage Devices market.
  • Network:

    Strong connections with dealers, distributors & partners pan India.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship management & leadership qualities.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with market & competitor awareness.
