Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in the industrial sector (e.g., manufacturing plants, power plants, infrastructure projects, warehouses).
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain a pipeline of potential projects and leads.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in industrial sectors.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive proposals and bids for industrial construction projects.
  • Review project specifications, scope of work, and client requirements to develop compelling and accurate proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in industrial construction.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and identify potential areas for differentiation.
  • Provide feedback on market demands and suggest improvements or new service offerings.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure the delivery of services that meet the clients expectations.
  • Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to foster business relationships.
  • Represent the company in meetings with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key industry players such as suppliers, contractors, and engineering firms.
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, project pipelines, and revenue forecasts for senior management.
