Job Description

1. Sales Planning & Strategy Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Forecast sales and identify new market opportunities. Set sales goals for the team and monitor progress. 2. Team Leadership & Management Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives/representatives. Motivate the team to achieve individual and group targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. 3. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for repeat and referral business. 4. Market & Competitor Analysis Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Adjust strategies to remain competitive and capture market share. 5. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and present sales reports, projections, and KPIs to management. Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and client interactions. 6. Revenue Growth & Profitability Drive revenue growth while ensuring profitability. Suggest pricing strategies, promotional offers, and cross-selling opportunities. 7. Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams. Provide input for product development and promotional campaigns.
