Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
  • Build strong networks with housing societies (RWAs), architects, builders, contractors, and industrial clients.
  • Prepare and deliver customized solar proposals, ROI, and savings calculations to clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for site surveys, subsidy filing, and project execution.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (residential + commercial mix).
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
