Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installation Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting rooftop and ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: Install solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and related equipment. Follow design specifications and electrical diagrams. Ensure systems are safely and properly connected to the grid or battery systems. Perform electrical wiring and conduit work as needed. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of existing systems. Adhere to all safety standards and industry best practices. Maintain clear communication with team members, supervisors, and clients. Document work completed and report on project status. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
