Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by understanding and addressing client needs.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients while exceeding sales targets.
• Representation of Addox: Represent Addox in meetings, calls, and events, presenting our services to potential clients.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work with sales, marketing, and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client goals.
• Client Meetings and Follow-ups: Attend in-office and external meetings, provide updates, and ensure ongoing communication.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Leverage digital marketing expertise to offer relevant solutions and strategies.
• Negotiation & Closing: Close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual benefit and fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-related industry.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to present and negotiate effectively.
• Knowledge of digital marketing services and trends is a significant advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
