Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of gym equipment sales across India to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Improve customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle by ensuring prompt and solution-oriented service.
  • Coordinate closely with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide regular and accurate reports to senior management on:
  • Sales performance
  • Stock levels
  • Customer issues
  • Operational bottlenecks
  • Team productivity
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives and drive high-quality leads to the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a solution-oriented approach in all client interactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily MIS reports for the sales team.
  • Monitor and improve internal processes to streamline workflow and boost overall team performance.
