Job Description

Role Summary The Sales Head will lead pan-India sales operations and drive aggressive growth across all product verticals. This position demands deep domain knowledge of the biometric & security industry, existing relationships with key distributors/system integrators, and proven ability to build and scale channel sales. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and execute national sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets. Drive expansion into untapped regions and verticals. Distribution & Channel Management Strengthen and expand Realtime’s nationwide distributor, dealer, and SI (system integrator) network. Ensure channel partners maintain agreed minimum stocks and follow price discipline. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor regional sales managers, state heads, and key account managers. Monitor and review daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for all sales staff. Business Development & Key Accounts Build direct relationships with large corporate/Govt/PSU clients, OEM partners, and GeM buyers. Participate in tenders, exhibitions, and government projects. P&L and Process Management Own national sales P&L, ensuring healthy gross margins. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control. Market Intelligence Track competitor activity, emerging technologies, and market trends to guide product roadmap. Desired Candidate Profile Industry Expertise Minimum 10–15 years of proven sales leadership experience in biometric, CCTV, or electronic security products. Strong knowledge of channel/distribution sales and pan-India network. Business Acumen Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding ₹100+ crore annual sales targets. Leadership Skills Excellent team-building, motivational, and mentoring capabilities. Other Requirements Strong negotiation and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Qualifications Graduate/PG in Business Management, Electronics, or related field (MBA preferred).
