Job Description

We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Sales Manager to lead our online sales efforts on portals like GeM, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing product listings, and optimizing online presence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Portal Management: Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing on GeM, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms. 2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. 3. Product Management: Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to improve visibility and sales. 4. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business decisions. 5. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, respond to queries, and resolve issues promptly. Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce sales management, preferably on GeM, Amazon, or similar platforms. 2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital marketing. 3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and lead a team. 5. Strong knowledge of SEO, product listing optimization, and online sales strategies.
