Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Regularly track and maintain the list of customers with upcoming or overdue software subscription renewals. Contact customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp to remind and assist with subscription renewals. Clearly explain the benefits of renewing the subscription and provide necessary documentation or payment instructions. Resolve any queries related to pricing, features, account status, or renewal process. Coordinate with internal sales, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth renewal processing. Send renewal quotations and follow up for payment confirmation. Maintain detailed records of communication, follow-ups, and renewal status in the CRM. Achieve monthly targets for renewals and upsell opportunities. Generate weekly and monthly renewal performance reports.
