Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in CCTV, Access Control Systems, and other security product solutions, specifically in distribution and channel sales. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with system integrators, distributors, dealers, and channel partners to drive sales and expand market reach. Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and channel partners. Manage and nurture existing channel relationships to achieve sales targets. Promote and sell CCTV, Access Control Systems, and related security products in the assigned territory. Conduct product presentations and demos to partners and key decision-makers. Ensure regular follow-ups for lead conversion and order closures. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product availability, logistics, and after-sales support. Track competitor activity and report market intelligence to the management. Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events to promote the brand and products. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts. Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security products sales (CCTV, access control, surveillance solutions). Strong network of channel partners, dealers, and system integrators in the region. Good knowledge of technical features and application of surveillance and security systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Preferred:Experience in working in Same Product. Knowledge of government tendering or institutional sales is a plus.
