Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Associates
• Set goals, monitor performance, and foster team collaboration
• Develop strategic partnerships with developers, agents, and clients
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
• Oversee business pitches, proposals, and client interactions
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and key meetings

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate business development or sales
• Proven leadership potential and a collaborative mindset
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Results-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
