Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end process of launching new retail stores across India.
Identify and evaluate potential locations based on market research, footfall, and brand
fit.
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements with property owners, mall
developers, and agents.
Coordinate with legal, design, and operations teams for smooth store setup and
handover.
Maintain a pipeline of expansion opportunities and manage timelines and budgets for
new projects.
Track performance of newly opened stores and ensure alignment with brand
standards.
Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and expansion dashboards..
Candidate Requirements
Minimum5+ years of experience in retail expansion or business development,
specifically in store opening roles across India.
Must have experience in ethnic wear/apparel
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently across cities for site visits and negotiations.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
