Qurbat Apparels Pvt. Ltd., an ethnic apparel brand, is seeking a proactive and multi-skilled office Administrator to oversee systems , store infrastructure , electrical equipment , and vendor management . The ideal candidate should be operationally sound, and capable of managing day-to-day facility. Key Responsibilities: Systems & Infrastructure: Maintain computers, printers, internet, LAN/WAN. Handle software and hardware installation, configuration, and updates. Maintain data backups and ensure security of systems. Electrical & Maintenance: Supervise regular maintenance of electrical systems (lighting, HVAC, UPS, etc.). Coordinate with electricians and technicians for urgent repairs. Maintain an asset register of electrical and IT equipment. Vendor & Facility Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage service vendors (electricians, AMC providers, housekeeping, security, etc.). Ensure timely servicing of assets through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). Monitor cleanliness, workplace safety, and basic facility requirements (e.g., water, lighting, ACs). Operational Support: Oversee utility consumption and ensure optimal usage. Maintain records/logs of maintenance requests and resolutions. Support store relocations, expansions, or refurbishments. Key Skills: Office Administration Facility Maintenance Electrical Equipment Coordination Vendor Negotiation & Management Strong Documentation & Reporting Skills Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Electrical, or a related field. Working knowledge of electrical systems and facility operations. Additional Requirements: Willingness to work on-site and respond to urgent issues promptly. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in retail, manufacturing, or facility-heavy environments preferred.
