About the Role:

Administrator


Key Responsibilities:


Your roles and responsibilities are not limited to the below but also include:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to global teams across EMEA and the USA, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating communications across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare reports, manage internal documentation, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with onboarding, HR administration, recruitment coordination, and general people operations.
  • Support operations by managing project trackers, updating templates, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounts teams on administrative financial activities such as invoice tracking, expense coordination, payment follow-ups, and maintaining related documentation.
  • Support social media and digital activities, including content coordination, scheduling posts, engagement monitoring, and assisting with updates across company platforms.
  • Handle correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
  • Support business operations in a flexible capacity, taking ownership of ad-hoc tasks and projects as business needs evolve.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to support tasks that require confidentiality and timely execution.
  • Perform general office administration responsibilities in a remote setup, ensuring smooth operational functioning.


Key Qualifications

  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in administrative, operations, or coordination roles.
  • Prior experience working with US or UK-based companies

    is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working

    late night or flexible shifts aligned with Irish time

  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Canva, LinkedIn Recruiter and SharePoint.


The selected candidate will report directly to the ASafe Global Management Team.
