Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our growing international team. This is a remote role based in India, supporting our operations in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience, strong communication skills, and prior experience working with American or English companies. As the role involves collaboration with teams in different time zones, we are seeking someone who is comfortable with late-evening or shift-based work aligned to Irish time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to global teams, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating communications.
  • Prepare reports, manage internal documentation, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, HR administration, and recruitment coordination when required.
  • Support operations by managing project trackers, updating templates, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments.
  • Handle correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to support tasks that require confidentiality and timely execution.
  • Perform general office administration responsibilities in a remote setup, ensuring smooth operational functioning.


Key Qualifications

  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in administrative, operations, or coordination roles.
  • Prior experience working with U.S. or UK-based companies

    is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working

    late evenings or flexible shifts aligned with Irish time
