To support our expanding operations, we’re looking for a Food Technologist to join our quality and product development team. Key Responsibilities:Oversee food processing and quality control during production. Develop and test new food products and formulations. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and export quality standards. Conduct shelf-life studies, sensory evaluation, and process optimization. Maintain documentation and records for food safety audits. Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve efficiency and product consistency. Qualifications:B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
