Job Title: B2B Sales Trader – Kraft Paper Industry

Location: Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar

Salary: ₹40,000 per month + Commission+ Accommodation

Company Overview: Shri Hari Traders is a leading supplier in the kraft paper industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our B2B clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Trader to expand our client base and manage the end-to-end sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients in the kraft paper industry through research and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach.

Sales Process Management:

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients, present product offerings, and negotiate terms to close sales.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Payment Handling:

  • Oversee the invoicing process and ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
  • Address any payment-related issues promptly and professionally.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to management on market developments and potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the kraft paper or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
