Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. Update and manage financial data in Google Sheets and MS Excel. Create pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and dashboards for financial tracking. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Required Skills: Proficient in Tally ERP (Prime or ERP 9). Strong command over Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts). Experience working with Google Sheets and cloud-based collaboration tools. Good understanding of basic accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and compliance. Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Distributor’s schedule, appointments, and meetings. Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters) on behalf of the Distributor. Coordinate with internal teams, Polycab representatives, clients, and channel partners. Draft, review, and maintain business documents, reports, and presentations. Organize travel plans, itineraries, and accommodation arrangements. Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access to records.
