Personal Secretary

We are authorized distributors of Polycab India Ltd., based in Gurgaon. We are a reputed name in the electrical industry, catering to dealers, contractors, and corporate clients. We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Secretary to managing day-to-day administrative, coordination, and communication tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Distributor’s schedule, appointments, and meetings. Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters) on behalf of the Distributor. Coordinate with internal teams, Polycab representatives, clients, and channel partners. Draft, review, and maintain business documents, reports, and presentations. Organize travel plans, itineraries, and accommodation arrangements. Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access to records. Assist in following up on pending tasks, orders, and communications. Prepare minutes of meetings and circulate action points. Support in coordinating marketing, sales, and corporate communications. Handle confidential information with discretion. Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce/English/Equivalent (preferred). Prior experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with clients and senior executives. Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
