Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Goa or Rajkot Department: Business Development About Renevik Solar Renevik Solar is a premium solar solutions provider, specializing in high-quality C&I rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations. With a focus on superior engineering, seamless execution,and customer-centric service, we aim to revolutionize solar adoption across India. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with prior experience in the renewable energy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with leaders across diverse manufacturing and industrial sectors, building strategic relationships, and identifying new market opportunities to expand Renevik’s footprint. Key Responsibilities ● Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar EPC, captive/group captive, and PPA models. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and CXOs across manufacturing and industrial sectors. ● Conduct market research to map potential customers, competitors, and emerging opportunities in renewable energy. ● Drive lead generation, client meetings, proposals, and contract closures to achieve business growth targets. ● Collaborate with internal technical and project execution teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery. ● Represent Renevik at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms. ● Track policy developments and incentives in renewable energy and translate them into business opportunities. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. ● Minimum 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the renewable energy/solar industry. ● Strong network within manufacturing and industrial sectors. ● Proven track record of achieving revenue and market expansion goals. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Ability to work independently with a strategic and growth-oriented mindset. ● Willingness to travel frequently for client and industry engagements. 1 What We Offer ● Opportunity to be part of a high-growth solar solutions p
