Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Execute innovative marketing campaigns, tie-ups, and local collaborations to increase visibility and revenue.
  • Lead field activities to acquire new B2B clients (builders, housing societies, institutions, corporates, etc.) and B2C customers.
  • Generate leads through partnerships, references, and on-ground events.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard service vendors (mechanics, plumbers, electricians, washers etc.)
  • Monitor vendor performance and assist in vendor engagement, training, and retention.
  • Set daily/weekly goals for the team, monitor results, and report performance to management.
  • Collect customer and vendor feedback to improve offerings and service quality.

EDUCATION:-Graduate in any stream
EXPERIENCE:-2–5 years in marketing, business development, or field operations
SKILLS:- Excellent communication & negotiation ability & closing skills.
SALARY:-25,000-40,000(PM)
