Job Title: Business Development Manager – Real Estate (Inside Sales Team Leader)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in real estate inside sales. This is a team leader position focused entirely on inside sales operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is open to working Sundays.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Drive lead conversion and revenue growth through strategic sales planning
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize performance
• Coordinate with marketing and field teams to align sales strategies
• Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate inside sales
• Proven leadership experience managing sales teams
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work on Sundays (Monday week-off)
• Comfortable with flexible working hours
