Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join our Real Estate team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will engage with potential clients, generate leads, and drive property sales through phone calls and virtual interactions. This role requires availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective clients via phone and email to promote real estate properties.

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties to meet their requirements.

• Follow up with leads to build relationships and close sales.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets.

• Stay informed about market trends and company property listings.

Qualifications:

• Available to join immediately.

• Willing to work Saturdays and Sundays (mandatory).

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

• Prior experience in sales or real estate is preferred but not required.

• Motivated and target-driven mindset.
