Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to engage potential customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings with the aim of generating leads and closing sales. It involves building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Understanding customer needs and providing recommendations on suitable products or services is crucial. Additionally, exceptional customer service is expected along with promptly addressing client concerns. Keeping accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system is a key part of the job. Collaboration with the marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies is also essential. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference given to Sales, Marketing, or Business-related fields. A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer attraction roles is required. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are necessary. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is expected. The ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment is vital for success in this role. This is a permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
