This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional eager to grow in a dynamic, employee-centric environment.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentManage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.Employee Onboarding & OffboardingFacilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.Manage exit formalities and ensure smooth offboarding procedures.HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.Employee Engagement & Performance ManagementSupport employee engagement programs and initiatives.Assist in performance management processes and training programs.HR Administration & ReportingOrganize and manage HR reports, data, and documentation.Participate in special HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR functions.Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting. Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems.
