Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and growth efforts. In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and work closely with our design and leadership teams to shape proposals and pitches that align with client goals and showcase our UX/UI expertise.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and engage potential clients in need of UX/UI design services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions, proposals, and pitches.
• Stay updated on UX/UI design trends to position our services effectively
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and online platforms
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads using CRM tools
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a creative, tech, or digital agency environment
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and digital product development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to develop and close new business deals
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Good to Have

• Background in design, tech, or digital marketing
• Existing network within startups, tech companies, or product teams
• Experience working with remote or global teams
