Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful delivery. This role also includes managing team operations, handling communication between clients and internal teams, and ensuring that all aspects of project execution run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and meets quality standards.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, vendors and internal teams, managing communication and ensuring alignment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resources for smooth execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, development, and operations) to ensure timely project delivery.
• Handle day-to-day team operations, including task prioritization, team planning, and resource management.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Qualities:

• Strong understanding of end-to-end project workflows, including design and development processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Experience in managing both project delivery and team operations is essential.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the design, development, or digital services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience range:* Min. 5 – 9 years* in project management, ideally within digital services or design.
