Key Responsibilities  
Pitching  Home automation Solutions to prospective customers.  
Conducting need analysis to understand customer requirements for tailored solutions.  
Performing customer profiling and persona mapping to offer customized recommendations aligned with their preferences and usage behavior.  
Generating leads by engaging with residential communities, interior designers, architects, and channel partners  
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.   
Coordinating with the technical and design teams to ensure solutions are customized and feasible.  
Identifying and generating leads through retail stores, channel partners, collaborations, exhibitions, and on-ground campaigns.  
Identifying and developing strategic partnerships with technology providers, integrators, and other relevant industry players.   
Conducting live demos and walkthroughs at  experience zone or at client’s homes, offices.  
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly targets.  
Maintaining daily sales activity reports, customer interactions, and feedback logs.  
Staying updated on evolving residential tech trends, user preferences, and competitive offerings.  
Reporting to the Assistant Manager or BDM and contributing to strategic sales planning.  
  
Qualifications & Background:  
Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Sc/Engineering); MBA.  
0–3 years of experience in consumer interaction, retail engagement or related roles.  
Candidates having industry backgrounds in Home Automation/ Consumer Electronics/ Appliances/ Interior Design/ Smart Devices/ IoT-based products are preferred.  
Prior Experience with Hardware and Software-based product portfolios is desirable  
  
   
Skills & Traits:  
Proficiency in verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, and Telugu)  
Ability to engage team or clients effectively and convey ideas clearly.  
Possess good negotiation and convincing skills and willingness to develop them progressively through experience and training.  
Self-motivated with a passion for Smart technology & innovation.  
Proficiency in using Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Sheets for reporting, documentation, and professional correspondence.  
Proficiency in drafting professional emails for client communication and internal coordination.  
Ability to prioritizing tasks and manage time effectively.  
  
Mandatory Requirements:  
Should own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License and helmet.  
Comfortable with field travel and direct customer interaction.
