Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead sales and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a target-driven approach, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.
  • Prepare sales reports and share feedback with management.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and convincing ability.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Experience in the visa, immigration, or overseas education industry will be an added advantage.
