Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales or partnerships. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and strategic outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Create and present proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations to potential clients Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align business development strategies Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet revenue goals and company standards Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications using CRM tools Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate leads and brand awareness Monitor performance metrics and report on progress to senior management
