Career Counsellor

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Career Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential or existing customers, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase products or services. shift timing: 10 am to 7 pm with sunday week off Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold databases. Present and explain products or services in a clear and persuasive manner. Follow up on previous customer interactions and maintain customer relationships. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales conversions. Record accurate customer interactions  Handle customer objections effectively and work toward closing sales. Provide information regarding pricing, features, and benefits of products/services. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to follow up on leads. Gather feedback and report market trends to supervisors.
