We are looking for an energetic, confident, and people-friendly Career Counsellor to guide students and professionals about IT career opportunities, training programs, and placement processes. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a helping attitude, and the ability to understand student needs. * Key Responsibilities Counsel students regarding IT courses, career paths & industry opportunities Provide detailed information about training programs & placement support Handle walk-ins, leads, phone enquiries & follow-up calls Understand student requirements & recommend suitable courses Maintain student records and documentation Assist in admissions, orientation sessions, and counselling activities Coordinate with training and placement teams for student progress ✨ Key Skills Required Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Confidence and a positive attitude Good listening ability and problem-solving approach Basic knowledge of IT careers (training will be provided) Ability to handle calls, follow-ups & documentation Pleasant personality with student-handling capability Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
