Job Description

Please find below the key job duties and responsibilities for the Career Counsellor position to assist with the hiring process:

Conduct group counselling sessions with students regarding career options, course selection, and overseas education pathways.
Assess student profiles, interests, and academic backgrounds to provide accurate guidance.
Conduct seminars, presentations, and informational sessions when required.
Maintain strong communication with students, parents, school teachers, academic coordinators and team members for smooth coordination.
Make modifications and improvements in Psychometric test, based on current educational and psychological testing trends, including comprehensive career-oriented assessments.
Conduct psychometric tests in various schools for marketing and data-collection purposes.
Assist with IT team and Academic team regarding the content and test part.
