Gessdemn Global Services is a leading IT solutions provider specializing in Web & App Development, Digital Marketing, SaaS & Custom Software Solutions, and Medical Billing projects. We cater to both domestic and international clients, including startups, SMEs, and corporates.

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE/BDM) to join our team and drive business growth across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads for domestic and international IT projects.
  • Conduct field visits to meet clients directly, present proposals, and close deals.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales cycle: enquiry, pitch, negotiation, and project onboarding.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Identify and target high-value potential clients for both inbound and outbound sales.
  • Coordinate with design, technical, and marketing teams to execute proposals.
  • Attend expos, events, and networking sessions to expand the business pipeline.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, proposals, and project documentation.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients to maximize revenue.

Projects You Will Work On:

  • International client projects (US, UK, UAE, etc.)
  • Domestic projects for startups, SMEs, and corporates
  • Web, App, and Custom Software Development
  • Digital Marketing & Branding Campaigns
  • Medical Billing & Healthcare BPO Projects
  • New market expansion and high-value client acquisition

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT business development, sales, or client management.
  • Proven track record of lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, email communication, and proposal creation.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and attend on-site meetings.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Software Development, or Medical Billing is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
