Job Purpose: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding government advertising business, and strengthening the company’s presence in the Outdoor & Digital Out-of-Home (OOH/DOOH) sector. The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong contacts (especially in government departments/agencies), and a proven ability to secure high-value advertising contracts. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities with a special focus on government campaigns and tenders . Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, PSUs, and decision-makers, along with private brands and media agencies. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets. Present tailored advertising solutions aligned with government campaign objectives. Proactively track and participate in government tenders, empanelments, and media bids. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely collections. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) for flawless execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policy updates to identify opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, government forums, and networking platforms.
